ALL RETURNS MUST BE BACK TO US IN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO YOU! This date is located on your tracking email that you will receive with your shipment of the order. Orders received AFTER 14 calendar days will NOT be accepted, period. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

If you need a different size in your item, please email us to see if another size is available. We offer an even exchange in this case with splitting the shipping cost (if applicable). If your size is sold out, we will offer an in-store credit for the full amount given via electronic Gift Card only. 

No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing. Inspection of your item will be performed before your store credit is e-mailed.
